Pre Issue report

Prior to litigation we can prepare a report to ascertain if legal action is viable

This can take two forms

1. Simple Report - A search of public record information e.g. CCJ/Enforcements of Judgment search, and prior debtor experience , if available. For debts usually under £2000 cost £15.00

2. Comprehensive Report – Full comprehensive business report including public searches and opinion/conclusion. For debts usually over £2000
cost £30.00
