Complete service includes personal collection and can be adapted to meet specific needs. Cases can be viewed and monitored online through our in-house developed software.

At Redmond Johnson we are a small business run by experienced business people with many years of first hand experience of the pressures of running a business. We can relate at first hand to pressures on cash flow of defaulting debtors and the practicalities of collecting accounts

Where possible we endeavor to recover interest and costs from the debtor. In practice this is not always possible or cost effective to do especially in the Republic of Ireland. Redmond Johnson is a small business who understands the needs and requirements of business.

Litigation: If it is deemed necessary then the case after consultation will be forwarded to specialist solicitors in the respective jurisdiction.  We work closely with an experienced firm of litigation solicitors to ensure that if required transition to litigation is as seamless as possible.

International Collections: We are the sole Irish representative of the European Collectors Association. A network of professional debt recovery agents covering all European countries and other regions of the world. We can get action immediately on debts from France to Poland
